Exactly why we're doing it all in advance! We've learned never to plan anything around a date or appointment because Argentina likes to take it's time jajajaj 😂

Would you ladies suggest for us to do it on June 7th (if we are approved and we don't leave until June 25th)?  We will be staying in CABA.

If your fiance can start it now the better. So then you don’t have to worry to make it on time. It seems to me a small gap between june 7th and june 25th. Not impossible but tight.

I see, thanks.  Well, right now he is prepping things for my arrival on Sunday-Monday.  Maybe we can just do it after I arrive 3-4?

Yes, the sooner the better. Burocracy in Argentina can be a little annoying haha

Agree with @andreaam, look at appointments for the documents asap. You should be able to go through the whole scheduling form and see available dates and times before you book one. That should help you plan a little better :)

These are the ones we're using for CABA:

Legalize: https://legalizaciones.mininterior.gob.ar/public/controller/turnos.php (scroll down below the map and select "hasta 5 procedimientos")

Apostille: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/legalizar-un-documento/requisitos?tca=yGol3mVr8DjsieilQcljqzO1-kqk-0QFpNdaf_GRuRo

So, I should do the legalize one for one day and then when should I schedule the aspotille?

Yes, my understanding is once you have the document legalized you can then get it apostilled. Last time we checked, the appointments at Cancilleria were a bit further out (about 2 weeks from our legalization appt) so not sure if you could do it on the same day/week. But if you see one closer, do it, and let us know how it goes!

Will they give me the legalized document the day of the appointment or is there a delay between the appointment and issuing the document? :)

I believe you get it that day, but not 100% sure...our appointment at Ministry of Interior is next Tuesday so I will keep everyone updated on the process!

Is different in Córdoba. So thanks @Andrea + Gaston for posting the steps for Buenos Aires! I posted a while ago the steps for Cordoba.

Yes, thank you!  I know Fernanda shared hers at some point.  But, I spoke to her and she indicated that time-frames changed a lot from when she was doing it to now.  So, I figured I would ask those that are doing it presently and keep people posted. :)
