I will go with the same path as you. Wish me luck and now more than ever. i feel you! hahah

Good luck! There’s no other thing that keep being patient unfortunately.
we went out of state for thanksgiving and saw that we had a letter in the mail from USCIS  on friday. We had to wait until yesterday to figure it out what it was.
i was really hoping it was something goof and then it was more of the same. It even says ‘keep waiting patiently’ at the end, which for me is just ‘yeah right you are going to talk to me about patience’. So whatever. Today was a really low but today is another day.

Believe me... I know exactly what are you talking about. If it makes you feel any better.. there's more people feeling just like you.

People talks about "being patient" and "enjoy the free time". Does not work like that. It's very frustrating and draining.

But as you say.. It's another day! A year from now we will look back and I bet (I hope) all of these will make better sense. Just keep up! We've come this far.. the only way, is through it.

I'm thinking about volunteering to do something in the community. We'll see... I will keep you posted on my -almost- progress.

Yes we are all in the same boat.
I agree that the people trying to give goof energy don’t always feel good. A lot of ‘enjoy your free time that then when you start working you are going to miss it!’ and I’m like I WAITED ENOUGH! Haha

Anyway yes, hopefully in the future we will be able to look back and feel proud about our patience

Question:

I'm trying to still figure out what could be wrong with my birth certificate and I have a question for you.

I sent my original certificate (copy) and also the one that was "apostillado" in Buenos Aires. I translated through Day Translations everything and sent it. Now that I double check, there's an option in Day Translation page to add the "Apostille" as an additional service.

How did you send it? only translated or with the Apostille? and if it's the Apostille, should it be on the birth certificate itself or the apostille that i made in Argentina?

Hope is not too confusing.

Question:  Did you legalize it in Argentina?  Because the birth certificate must be legalized in Argentina and then apostilled as well (not sure if Argentina versus US matters, but probably helps?).  If you didn't legalize it, the issue might be that.

I did. It's legalized and apostilled in Argentina.

Legalized by Ministerio del Interior, Obras Públicas y Vivienda and apostilled in Argentina.

is there any other apostille to do after that or you just translated the whole thing and sent it?

NO, if you did everything in Argentina (got it legalized by that and then aspotilled by Colegio de Escribanos), then that should be it.  Now, for the translations we used Daily Translations and we had everything translated as it was.  Had to send it back a few times.  As of now, we have not received any RFEs, so yours might be just as @andreaam and maybe they are just requesting it again for no other reason than they lost it or want it, but it has no actual problem or issue.

I did the same as you. I didn’t figure it out what was wrong. I sent it again

Our cases for EAD and AP got updated to “Show Fingerprints Were Taken”. According to the explanation on the USCIS website and app, this means the fingerprints have been attached to the files. Does anyone know what could be next?

No idea. Never got that update. It can be Case Approved or RFE I think

It seems a lot of people got it all of a sudden (as seen in other posts). Some of us are thinking it is a glitch.

I don't think it means anything new. Ours changed from fingerprint review was completed to that same status but it still says that it hasn't updated in the last 95 days, which is when we had the fingerprint appt. Maybe they updated their text for some odd reason.
