What to do after getting email that NVC has accepted Ds 260 and AOS?

After the notice that the file has been completed and accepted at the NVC did anyone have to do something before they gave you an interview date? Because ours has been complete for almost a month now and I have not had a notification for an interview date as of yet?

It's just waiting now. You might get your interview letter  this month. It depends on how busy your country US consulate is.

Make sure that you have given them or updated your email address so they can inform you once the NVC sends your paper to the embassy. After that, you can try tracking it on the DHL website. You can find some threads here on VJ on the instruction how to do it.

You don’t have to do anything ,, but you can call them and ask if an interview had been scheduled
