My fiancé is going to send a MONEY ORDER for the paying fee of the form I-129F, I feel that the info in the check something is missing, the number 5 (like in the picture) is missing in the check, it doesnt say any where for writing FOR: I-129F Filling fee

What exactly is your question? You can write what the money order is for on the portion that you keep for your records plus the payee name is on the money you'll be fine.

Though unless there's a very good reason not to, I recommend using a credit card for paying USCIS fees when you can (and you can for the I-129F). It's easier to track, the form means you can't make mistakes on who to write the check/money order to, and if you have the right card, you can pick up some rewards from it too.

 

A lot of online guides (including the one here on VJ) and videos don't mention that you can pay with a credit or debit card because they predate that option being available.

Be sure that what ever "brand" of money order you buy it is traceable in the event it is lost or misplaced. If you can't trace it then find another MO company. USPS is a good one to use but there are others.

Question.  What is a personal money order? There is a money order which is purchase from an issuing company.  I wonder if you meant he wrote a personal check which the funds are removed from his personal bank account.  Im just curious as to your meaning.

In the US it's considered a personal check drawn from a bank account.
