Hello, I filed for my mom last week

Form sent 4/30 to dallas thru usps

Package received 5/3

Now I'm just waiting for their response. But I think cuz they received it friday, i have to wait till nxt week. Goodluck to us 😁

My I-130 package reached on 1st May 2019 - I sent it to Phoenix lockbox. My credit card shows processing of I 130 fees on 3rd May 2019 as well on my card statement.

I am not sure what you mean by sent form to Dallas. We have to send it to Chicago or Phoenix center (depending on what we are filing) per https://www.uscis.gov/i-130-addresses

I mailed mine May 6, probably they will get the letter by May 9th. I petitioned both of my parents. Hope everything will be fine. Guessing the processing time will be 15 months. Let us wait altogether.

I'm joining this forum as well. I'm very excited and nervous at the same time!

May 1 Sent I-130 through usps

May 3 - I-130 recieved at Texas Service Center

May 10 - Recieved a receipt when i try looking it up it says, "My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again." Why can't I check the receipt online?

Received the I-797C (NOA1) from USCIS - Nebraska Service Center.

April 27  Sent I-130 to Phoenix lockbox

May 1 - I-130 received: Nebraska Service Center

May 6 -  Notice date on I 797C (Notice Of Action)

When I checked online it shows the following "On May 1, 2019, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number LINXXXX"

Waiting game starts :)

Mintchocolate - Are you now seeing the status of your case online?

Yeah I sent it to the wrong lockbox, but luckily they forward it to the right lockbox and it's now in Chicago. Just received a text from USCIS that they received my case and give me a receipt notice number followed by I 797C in the mail. Plus they cash the check today as well😁. What a perfect gift for mother's day👌. Well update u guys later. 👍

Mine is also at Nebraska and showing no update - Just case received in May 2019 information.

I think the Processing time on USCIS website shows about a year plus of wait so looks like we are in for a long wait. Hopefully, things move faster for our processing.
