Hi everyone

My Grandfather did a petition for his 2 daugther and a son, They have more that 21 years old, they got the approval from uscis them they got transfer to nvc that was on 2014, now nvc started working on their case, thr person who is doing the proccess said that he didn't get the email from nvc for one of them (my aunt) but i call nvc and they said that they send the letter to the email that was on the case, they give me the invoice number, i try to call nvc again to see if they can send me the nvc letter to my email but i can contact them... do she can proccess with her case with the invoice number without or she need the nvc letter?
