Feliz viernes todos!

For the P3, is it 100% necessary to include petitioner documents (copies of birth certificate, passport, NOA1/NOA2, NVC email, etc.) or are those more like "extra evidence" just in case? We are thinking to bring hard copy petitioner documents to the interview instead. Will this be fine?

They are not necessary for P3. You are not going to see them in the instructions packet. But is good if you bring then to the interview just in case they need some extra information.

For example, I wasn’t asked for the petitioner birth certificate, but I know people from the other thread that the consul asked for the BC in the interview.

From what I've read, it is better to have as much as you need to in P3 from the get-go.  However, I understand that shipping costs can be a pain.  How about you have your fiance scan the copies or originals and you print them in Argentina?  Then, you take the originals to the interview.  We included all copies in P3 and we are taking originals to the interview.  But, I did pay DHl to mail the P3 to my fiance so he only had to sign things, etc.

Exactly, as @andreaam said, anything missing from P3 can always be added at the interview. :)

SECOND

Once you have the Acta, you must legalize it with the Ministry of the Interior (Av. Leandro N. Alem 150): https://legalizaciones.mininterior.gob.ar/public/controller/index.php Enter your info and then select a date and time to appear in person to have it legalized. Cost: free

Sorry to ask but this concern is bothering me.

I was born in the interior of the country (provincia de buenos aires). My "acta de nacimiento" is stamped by "registro de las personas - delegación Junin".  Do i have to get it stamped by the Ministry of the Interior anyway?

I know that this is not required by the k1 but for the AOS later on. I have my appointment on Friday and I was wondering if this is the right way to go.

Thank you all!

For anything AOS, please direct your questions here:

@andreaam and I are trying to keep things clean.  Plus, it just creates cleaner discussions for all of us.  @Fernanda R Sanz is also there and others that are doing the AOS, so we can all be resources to one another. :)

APPROVED!!

She was in an out in an hour.  They requested she follow-up with an original " Acto de naciemiento" , she had a certified copy from Colombia, that wasn't enough, but otherwise, it's just a matter of waiting for her to get the document and submit it to the embassy :).

Hello all!

So happy to see so many approvals! Good luck to all! Our interview is tomorrow. Do we have to take copies of the P1 and P3 just in case? Or can we just take the only any originals with us? Just to confirm, the Xrays are not needed at the interview. Correct? Any other tips or info we should know? We need a refresh. Please.
