Just to tag onto my last post, am I (The US Citizen) able to pay the MRV K-1 fee online? I am going to be wiring my fiance money for everything and want to know how much to send. AFAIK the two major things we will need to pay for are the MRV fee and the medical related fee's correct?

Case status ready! Time for packet 3 and then the interview. I'm soo excited and yet so nervous.

How long can we wait until we start sending in info for packet 3? (like proof of relationship, affidavit of support stuff etc)

You have to wait until the embassy send you the email with the packet 3. At that moment you can pay the MRV fee, schedule the interview and send P3 to the embassy.

You can pay the MRV with credit card and you can send the money through Western Union for the medical

@andreaam Could you please tell me the difference between the website you provided in post one (https://ais.usvisa-info.com/) and the one that is defaulted in P3 instructions (https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ar/iv)?  If my fiancee and I are doing it from a U.S. computer, which one should we use?

HA!  Never mind, they are the same! :) I guess the one you gave is the very first start and then you pick the country and language, which takes you to the default. :)

@andreaam If my fiancee's phone number is different than the original P1, can I update that through the DS-160 or should I want until the interview date?

My session when doing the DS-160 has timed out three times already and I have been working on it without going away form the screen.  What is going on?

Update:  Make that five times...6 times...

Question:  The present work answer from the original packet (when we first filed IF129) is different than now.  Should I stick to the original or should I update that?  I don't want to cause red flags if I don't have to.

@Greenbaum Sorry to tag you, but I thought you might have more insight into this.  If I change the Work/Education history in the DS160 from the original paperwork, is that going to be a problem?

No its not a problem.  Go back in and make changes. I don't know this to be factual but i heard or read that you have 30 days to go back into a DS-160 and make changes. You might need a new confirmation page which would give you a new number but im not sure. Keep and eye on that. Report back and let us know what did and didn't work.

Just a side note the DS-160 was a new form for us. Before there were 3 forms asking about the same information.  They consolidated the 3 to 1 and the DS-160 was hatched. The form was 2 pages long at the time. Oh those were the days.

I meant to say original paperwork in P1. Does that make sense? Like if I change the work/education order or information that was included in the IF129 application sent to USCIS versus what I put now in the DS160. If they don’t concur, would that be a problem? Sorry for the confusion.

Is not a problem. I was a student when we sent P1. And then when I completed DS 160 I wrote I was graduated and working.

@andreaam So, the only available date is June 6th, but we don't know whether that would leave us time for the police certificate, thoughts?
