I'm here from King of prussia,  i received an email saying interview was scheduled but waiting for the notice in Mail.

I'm from the same area & I am also waiting on the letter with the date. We received notice last week that it had been scheduled. Best of luck to you!

Actually, yes! We got notice that our interview has been scheduled. We should have the date in the mailbox when we get home today. We filed at the beginning of May and are in the Philadelphia region. Our status changed stating it was ready to schedule an interview on July 11. So hopefully not too much longer for you. Honestly, it was a lot sooner than I expected since Philly's timeline shows it would be around 11 months.

Great news, congrats. We´ve been waiting since august, yes hopefully not a long wait. Thanks.

EAD and AP approved 10/07/2019

Took 145 days (with RFIE)

Congrats. What time did your approval come through? I’ve seen people getting emails at 4am or notifications on apps.

Thanks! I checked my case online just this morning. I didn’t get any email or notification.

You're not alone. I only had biometrics this week (Monday). So my ETA is October 25th, but I'm not holding my breath given that it took them 4 months to get the biometrics appt to me. I think I'd be lucky to see my EAD this year if I'm honest. My NOA1 date is May 16th.

Almost same...NOA1 May 13 Biometrics Oct 01.  ... Hopefully will soon more from them soon.

My PD is May 28th, I received my receipts within a week of filing, my bio appointment notice less than 2 weeks. The actual Bio app date was June 28th, literally a month to the day of my PD.

I have heard NOTHING since, not an update of any kind, not even that my prints were reviewed. Zilch. Zero.

My case still sits at "case received"-"finger print fee received"...I'm at 133 days...no EAD/AP/RFE (yet), or interview scheduled.

So, I wouldn't worry about you Bio being delayed. I've actually seen a lot of people with a delayed BIO actually getting EAD approval, or an interview shortly after the delayed BIO app... Where as my bio was done within a month of filing and I've got nothing.

I think they are bypassing EAD and AP and will just issue a greencard after interview/approval. I think if you have the greencard, you do not need EAD and AP anymore, correct? I think this is our case. They will abandon EAD and AP when greencard is approved, since EAD and AP are temporary anyways. Atleast that's how I understand it, I could be wrong.

Also our filing date was May 15th and our NOA1 was May 22nd. We didnt get a biometric appointment and had to call a tier 2 in mid August and pretty much insist on an appointment, which we had August 20th finally. We expected it in June.

I have a feeling most of us will have our answers by the end of November.

Greencard was mailed yesterday (08Oct). I just got the email this morning. However it did not include a tracking number like the EAD. That makes me nervous since we’ve had an issue with usps losing my mail.. specifically my SSN...
