Interview passed. The interviewer took me back first. Looked over the paperwork, asked me all the standard questions from the I485. Asked about my husbands name and birthday, His work, our children, if I met his family, if my family likes him, what is our address, what type of marriage court or church, and how we met. He said he will approve me today, and then expect the greencard within 30 days. Then I went to the waiting room and he called my husband and only went over the responsibility to take care of me financially for 10 years and had him sign the document that he acknowledges his responsibility.

Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Case to be scheduled for interview 9 days ago. No update yet. PD May 28th, NO EAD combo at the moment.

I keep hoping for any update, whether it be the EAD, or interview to be scheduled. Because if the interview comes first, EAD no longer matters.

Hopefully you get word on when your interview will be soon! Fingers crossed for you!

Hi everyone!

Will be filing our AOS + EAD + AP today and I just wanted to make sure: do I need 3 separate identical copies of documents for each application like: G-1145, 2 photos, I-94, etc...?  Please help, thanks!

Yes, that’s what we did. Better to send all supporting documents to each form rather than receive RFE

This is not the correct place to ask that question, but yes, you need to fill out each application form separately and follow the instructions. Each form asks for specific things. You need to supply those things in each checklist, as they are separate applications. Good luck!

You're not alone. I only had biometrics this week (Monday). So my ETA is October 25th, but I'm not holding my breath given that it took them 4 months to get the biometrics appt to me. I think I'd be lucky to see my EAD this year if I'm honest. My NOA1 date is May 16th.

Out of curiosity:

We filed the whole AOS Packet along with EAD + AP.

My understanding is when they took the Biometrics for AOS, it also applies for EAD + AP.  However, our only online case updates were for the I-485, the EAD + AP have been on "Receipt was sent" since they got the applications.  Yes, we've gotten the receipts and all.

We did get a RFE and responded (just this week), once again, this was only tied to the I-485 and didn't mention the EAD + AP but once again, I guess this is a whole "package deal".

Should we call to check in on our EAD + AP status?  We're within the 4.5 - 6.5 month timeframe.  By late November/early Dec will be 6.5 months for the EAD + AP (we filed in late May).

Check your biometric letter if it says only one of the cases. Sometimes they do two biometric appointments!
