We filed couple months before you, so if they are processing EADs in order,  you might be getting your approval in a bit less than 2 months, assuming things do not change. Seems like you had a bit of a delay between PoE and submitting actual AoS :(

They do need better system for EAD approvals for K-1. At least you don't have to worry about Oct 15 changes.

Yes, my wife delayed and stalled the AOS submission. I kept telling her it should have been filed in February but she doesn’t listen to me very much lol.

We hope for AP in two months. And I hope you are right. Two months would be okay, but three months would not be okay.

When we did our emergency biometric appointment, the officer told us we should have it by December easily. If not, to come back and speak to him. It’s not easy to speak to him, as they do not allow walk ins and have a difficult phone system to navigate. Easier said than done but we hope to get AP by mid November, otherwise he said he will approve emergency AP. He would not approve one at our appointment in August though, as he felt we needed to wait.

Getting two letters according to informed delivery. One has two pages one has one page. I’m assuming it’s the notice that my EAD is in production and the AP is approved. Since EAD was in production on 18 sep and ap approced 19 sep. both are dated for 18 Sep. the one with two pages I can make out the beginning of the first sentence “ we have approved your application for”

We met our post man at the door this morning with that exact same scenario. Informed delivery meant we couldn't wait a second to get to the mail! Same dates, same informed delivery. I'll save you the wait...it's NOA approvals for EAD & AP. The EAD one is 2 pages. It's exciting, yet disappointing at the same time since it's not the actual card.

late october - early november

That is 5.5 months or so from your application date so it is consistent with the uscis reports.   We have seen some early May filers just starting to receive EAD,  it might come a few weeks earlier but it might not

YMMV

how accurate are the visa journey EAD and AP estimates?

My visajourney weekly email estimate fluctuated greatly for the EAD - first it started out telling me I would get it beginning of October (NOA was on April 30th) then every week it got more and more delayed until it was December at some point lol. Then all of a sudden it went back to beginning of October again, but my card got approved 9/18 and printed 9/20. I'm estimating that it will get here in a few business days.

I-485, I-765, and I-130 filed concurrently

Date Filed : 2019-04-22

NOA Date : 2019-04-30

Bio. Appt. : 2019-05-23

RFE to I 485: 2019-06-21

Response to RFE received by USCIS : 2019-07-09

EAD approved : 2019-09-18
EAD Received 2019-09-26

Green card Interview Date : 2019-12-20

We're pretty much the same.

NOA1: May 20th

Biometrics: June 24 (walk-in)

Nothing has changed on both sites, still "fingerprint fee was received".  I called last Aug 18, if the biometrics went through and they confirmed it did, and that somebody was working on it.

I'm in Vegas by the way, where is your state?

Hey we are from Vegas as well and like you it still says fingerprint was received. My wife did her biometrics on July 11th so really hoping we can get her EAD/P card soon. I'm told late October early November. Take care and hoping all the best for you.

Hi! glad to know one AOS filer from Vegas.  A lot of people received theirs, it's giving me hope that mine is coming too.  Just hang in there, My jealous bum here is stressing about it too.  Good luck to all of us.  Send my regards to your wife 😀

The estimates are created based off everyone updating their timelines. So it’s important for everyone to update it accurately. It based everyone’s estimates off similar timelines.

EAD Card was mailed to me yesterday. ^_^

Got the appointment letter for AOS yesterday with an interview date of Oct 28. Like a lot of people we never got the biometrics letter until way later, I think early September. But a week after getting the fingerprints done they sent the interview letter.

Has anyone had any luck moving their interview up? We are in the Cleveland office and Its less busy, so maybe there is a chance. I think they just auto schedule you 6 weeks out so who knows.
