Hi guys, has anyone experienced that before ? I had my biometric last week my I-485 status still says "Response to USCIS RFE was received " and I765 /I 131 say case was received.

Me..... Atlanta office. NOA 05/20, RFE 7/29, bio walk in for I-485 9/10. My uscis account shows exactly the same as you described.

I placed service request for I-765 bio on 8/30... it's still not assigned for processing.... frustrated....

I just woke up to a "New Card is Being Produced" email (EAD/AP). I didn't expedite and it's not too helpful right now because my AOS interview is already scheduled for next week, I just figured it could help to share my timeline.

My NOA1 is 5/23, Biometrics 8/1 and AOS interview 9/24.

Hope everyone get some good news these days!

Congrats!

For your biometrics on 8/1, was it for I-485 and I-765? or just I-485 only? Thank you!

My interview is finally Tuesday, been having trouble sleeping because I am so nervous lol. We made an error on our I-130 (about if you've submitted a petition before, clicked no instead of yes) so its making me worry a lot. But glad to be getting it over with. No EAD though, would be funny if we got one a couple days before the interview...have heard that happen.

Finally I got my biometric appointment already. It's been 4months of waiting. Those who's waiting for their bio specially who's receipt date is 3rd week of may like mine. You need to get in touch with tier 2 that will help you.

Timeline

We had our interview today at Queens Field office. App for 12. Came at 11:30. Called around 12:45. Interview lasted about 15 min. Asked about how we met. Asked about how i became A citizen (im the USC). Took wifeys biometrics. About when she came here. When did our relationship start. How many times i came to visit. Asked me why didn’t i mary Wife while i was I her country. Was generally a calm and pleasant interview. Took pictures that i printed Out. Gave her additional documents i brought. Agent said that she needs to wait for biometrics check to come back and she will make her decision then. At first said she needs few days but then said it could take up to 3 weeks. I think Everything generally went well, except would be nicer to get a decision right away. (Aos from K1)
