Was it a standard request or noted as an expedite?  When I look at the case history, it says "expedite "

All I have is the status update online. I haven't received any other form of correspondence.

Tier 2 calling back again. Third time in three weeks.

Is your account with my.uscis.gov or egov.uscis.gov?  For this situation,  I find egov.uscis.gov more informative.

All mine are suffix MSC not prefix.

YMMV

Using egov.uscis.gov.

My mistake. All my service requests previously were suffix MSC, this is suffix ELP. (?)

Wild guess this means EL Passo, my service center.

Yes. Texas.

I dont follow. Do you mean my previous requests were going to the wrong place?

I was advised that El Passo was the office who would be dealing with the bio scheduling when I called.

No.  Biometrics are schedule at the ASC not the field office and are scheduled by MSC.   They are separate offices and many not even located in the same building.   My field office is in Minneapolis,  but the ASC is in St. Paul.

YMMV

My ASC is Lubbock. My field office is El Passo

When I raised my t2 request I was told that the scheduling for the biometrics were done by the field office. Will see what they say when they call me back.

Well, semantics I think.   MSC puts your name into a scheduling system that then assigns an appointment based on availability.   Ours was entered on the 14th and notice printed immediately and came yesterday from MSC

YMMV

I only have one for I-485. I walked in June 24.  Will I receive another one for I-765? Should I be alarmed and call USCIS tomorrow?
