For the i485/AOS, the petitioner is the foreign spouse.

I thought About that. But the notice specifically lists “your birth certificate” and “petitioners birth certificate” as two separate lines.

For those who received an RFIE / RFE and submitted the documents to USCIS: Have your status changed from "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received" to something else? I'm stuck in this status ... USCIS received my response on July 17.

I saw that an April filer had the status changed to "Case ready to schedule interview" some weeks ago... I was hoping to get mine changed soon too...

So I was looking at the EAD stuff on VJ, which still has the processing date of late January while USICS now says mid-March. Then I saw this graph. Guys, our wait time is literally off the charts! 😭😭😭 This is one time that I hope VJ is WRONG and we get our EAD's sooner rather than later!

Yup. That's why I said "USICS now says mid-March." See the bottom of your screenshot.

Finally got a response from our tier 2 service request.   We were informed that our applications are on HOLD pending biometrics.   We allegedly have been resubmitted into the scheduling system for an appointment. Time will tell.

YMMV

84 days no biometrics. Raised tier 2 service request following an unsuccessful tier 1 request and still nothing

Anyone else still awaiting bio?

Still waiting ... about 80 days now.

Submitted a second service request two weeks ago, no response yet (first one was replied to in 2 days).

My partner came from Nigeria in April 2019 and we married the same month.  We filed for AOS in May 2019.  We received our NOA 1 on May 23, 2019 but haven't heard anything else.  We thought he would have had the biometrics appointment by now.  We live in Central PA and our biometrics location will be in York, PA.  Does anyone have any advice?  We've called USCIS once and got no answers.    I don't know if this type of delay is normal.

You have to keep calling o, Am from Nigeria as well, filed in May 13th, I had delays too in my biometrics appointment, but I decide to call USCIS after 3weeks from Noa1, they open a service inquiry for me was asked to wait 30days, 30days past no bio letter so I called again the story wait another 30days lol. That’s 60days no biometrics letter yet. So I called on the 60th day, was told I will receive it with 2weeks. The next day I got an email saying my case was on hold because I didn’t appear for biometrics yet but they put my name in the list of those wait for biometrics , then 6 days later I got the letter in our mailbox.
