Hello! 

Just wanted to update on my timeline! 

We received our interview letter Friday( August 2) and our interview is scheduled for 9/10!

There have not been any updates on the USCIS website! Our case still says fingerprint fee received.

Any folks here from Georgia? My biometrics was done June 17th and I have not received any update.

Ours was The same day as yours. We’re in Columbus ga.  No updates yet.

Is the USCIS page having problems? I'm trying to check my case status (as I do every day). Now when I put my 2 case numbers it doesn't give me anything. Just goes back to the page where you can put your case number to check it.

I've been having the same problem too . The CaseTracker app doesn't work either it keeps updating your status for no reason and say the same thing.

Try clearing your cookies and history and try again. Or go in incognito mode and try again. Saw this happening for many others and this worked for them.

AOS received via texts: 5/30

NOA1 notices received: 6/6

Biometrics app notice received: 6/7

Biometrics done: 6/20

USCIS update via website : 7/31 Request of initial evidence was sent

USCIS update via text: 8/1

Received RFE notice via mail: 8/5 regarding most recent(2018) tax return

 

My husband had trouble getting the 2017's 1040, so for my K1 interview, I only submitted his W2 from 2016 to 2018 and it was good enough.

For the AOS package, we did the same thing, and also attached 2015 & 2016's 1040. 

Well, obviously those are out dated to USCIS lol.

We didn't write a letter to tell them that we extended the tax time, so our bad. 

But we surly gonna file 2018's tax tonight and hopefully to send the evidence back in a week.

Same timeline. Still waiting for biometrics. Saw service requests are useless, hence didn't put a new one after the first expired. No clue if I have any other choice than waiting

Same boat, same song. No sense in stressing over it. We are hoping they can use biometrics capture done at POE since IAD airport is using DHS' new enhanced capture and DoState has done them thrice before.

Still waiting for biometrics appointment letter until now.

 

Filed service request June 24. They responded July 3 that a decision has not been made yet.

 

I got RFIE 2 weeks ago for tax return though the lady I spoke to yesterday said it does not affect the biometrics scheduling.

 

Asked me to call back again because they’ve been experiencing “technical issues” (lame, I know!) yesterday.

 

I might ask for Tier 2 when I call back.
