gonna have anxiety attack till I receive the letter...

is it possible to call USCIS and find out what it is that way?

not knowing what the request is is killing me.

Hi, what will your case status say after sending the required documents for RFE ? USPS says my papers are delivered, Idk what USCIS case status tracker will say now after "RFE was sent "

For me it changed to ”Response to RFE was received by USCIS” or something similar a couple days after USPS delivered the documents.

Mine was for birth certificate which I sent 73 days with AOS

i swear to god, i only have problems with these immigration petitions...

 

i went to my bio appointment today and didnt notice it only said the EAD on the NOA.... so the woman told me, i am gonna get another bio appointment for my AP and AOS... and she was even confused that I didnt get AP with EAD together.

My status on an EAD in case tracker app has just changed to “New Card is Being Produced”! I have expedited AP process and seems like it worked for both. Thank you Lord. ♥️

11/12/2021 - Documents received by USCIS

11/15/2021 - Text message informing of receipt notice being sent in mail

11/16/2021 - Bank account charged for I-751 form and biometrics
