Is anyone still waiting for Biometrics letter with NOA1 date around May 24th?

My NOA date is May 16th and I've not had anything from them for a biometrics appt yet. 48 days and counting...

Sure. I placed a service request last week, I was given an update just now through email saying they looked into the case and a decision has not been made and is still under review. Good luck to us!!

We did finally get processed, NOA1 date of June 18 so took about 3 weeks.

Good news is biometrics appointment letter was sent 3 days later and she's scheduled for July 10th.

Now the problem is EAD which is taking a long time for people now...it's always something!

Hey that's not fair your appointment is 1 day ahead of us!! Well anyway glad to hear things are finally moving forward and yep then comes...... the long wait so what used to take 3-4 months is now taking 6 to 8 months for the EAD/AP card. Have a safe and great 4th of July!!

this is where I check. Dont think that this provides much info.

Mine it still says "Fingerprint fee received".

How long it took to change the status after your biometrics?

Thanks for this! I just sent the original copy of the translation, just in case. They have received my evidence and have resumed to work on my case :D

You did make a copy of the translation for your records?  Be sure to ask the IO at the interview to make a copy of the original for their files, and to return the original to you. You may have to prepare a Form G-884 in order to get your original translation returned.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Me neither. Biometrics done on the 21st. I assumed there was not anything left to wait for though? Aside from the interview of course. What are we waiting for the status to change to?
