Lol me too! That would be really nice. I'm praying for a miracle. My husband is so ready to get out and work. Yes, we knew not working was part of the K1 process but it doesn't make it any easier.

Same. Our status changed to “finger print review was complete” two weeks ago. We are in the Queens office, which seems to be going very fast. But so far no progress for us after the fingerprint review.

My original EAD and AP was August, it's been increasing by one month every two weeks.

Same here. And I just saw the K1 visas (what we started this process with) are now only taking 3 months. It took us so much longer last year when we filed. I hope these projections are wrong and this get this absurd wait time fixed!

May 16th NOA date here, literally tumbleweeds coming from USCIS. Oh, and the estimated approval date on here has gone from the end of August to basically Christmas.

We filed early May, had our biometric early June and have heard nothing sense. Wait, I take that back, one email stating that there was no updates to report. But the website hasn't updated at all. It just says they received our case (EAD/AP) and received our fee for the AOS.

I don't even want to talk about the estimated date for EAD. Basic budgeting & planning with your money only goes so far when they add MONTHS to the estimated time of EAD approval.

Yea my NOA date is May 16th, and now we're approaching the end of June and heard absolutely nothing.

It doesn't help that my house hasn't even sold since I left. So not only is basic budgeting for existing here tricky, I also still have to consider how I'm going to continue paying the mortgage on my house until the sale's complete. Lawyers are dragging their feet over it. Been 2 months already. I'd accommodated for being able to work from around September onwards, but that's not going to happen so I'm just a giant ball of stress right now!!

NOA 1 dated 22nd May. Still no Biometrics appointment letter.

Anyone else the same?

Yes, I have a similar timeline. Notice Date on my NOA1 is May 20th, still no biometrics in the mail. I am starting to worry to be honest, especially because some people who sent their documents in June already received their biometrics letter:/

I called up USCIS today and they told me that they were unable to see if the letter had been sent, or if an appointment had been made. They filed a service request and told me to keep checking the portal. They re-assured me that this would NOT extend the visa proces in any way which was re-assuring.

For those looking to make a call on the touchtone menu i selected 'change of address'. Wait time was 20-25minutes at around 9am so not too bad.

I am very happy to hear that this wont extend the visa process! I was very worried about it to be honest because ( I dont know where I heard it) I though they dont even touch your case until you have a biometrics appointment completed.

Also called USCIS 2 times already, heard conflicting information each time, last lady told me that biometrics letter is being sent within a month from receiving NOA1. I received mine on June 10th even though the notice date is May 20th...which I find very weird that it took around 20 days for me to get the letter since the moment they supposedly sent it...

Sent my package on May 13th, they received it on May 15th
