They are only closing public facing services in LOCAL field offices.   EAD is renewed via mail submission to the  lockbox and processed at the benefits center.   As of right now they are open for business.

YMMV

Thanks @payxibka! For EAD renewal, can I just give the photocopy of the barcodes that I have received from my first EAD card? If I send the original copy I am afraid of losing it

Unless specifically requested,  you NEVER send anything original to the uscis

Congrats! May I ask how and when did you find out your USCIS field office where the interview is to take place after you filed your AOS? Would you know how it is assigned?

It's dependent on the state you are in.

https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-a-uscis-office/field-offices -  Enter ZIP code at 'Field Office Locator' at the bottom, and that should help you with your field office.

This isn't quite true (or at any rate, it's not complete), because many states are covered by two or more field offices which serve different areas within that state (and sometimes other areas outside the state; all of West Virginia goes to the Pittsburgh office, for example), but your directions are accurate.
