So the next text you should receive is the estimated date of delivery with the tracking number so I would say by Friday or saturday. Do you have informed delivery with USPS? If not sign up and you'll get notices of letters and packages that will be in your mailbox.

Yes I do, I signed up as soon as I filed my immigration. 😊

Received my AOS interview notice yesterday.

Interview date: Feb 12, 2020.

Finally! 🙄🙏

Congrats! 🎉🎉🎉

My interview is Feb 4th, Long Island NY.

I will share how it goes. I am terrified! NY is not known for being friendly lol

But, being as my husband and I have been married for over 3 years now... we have been together for 9 years this year, and we have 3 children (3, 4, &7)...also have a stepson 14 (his son) from a previous relationship 15 years ago.

Here is hoping everything goes well for ALL of us. This process has been stressful, and long. 🙏🤞

Don't be nervous at all, mine was very friendly. The only way to overcome being nervous is to act as if u are meeting a new friend for the first time.

I am going to be my smiling, polite, well mannered self and hope for the best.

I've just heard so many awful interview stories, has me afraid. I can be emotional and I would have to cry lol

Congrats on your interview date so be prepared to get all bank statements  checking and savings in both of your name and your lease agreements. One thing I was told is to get affidavits of friends and family about your marriage.  Hope all goes well for you!!!

Thanks! 🙂 Ya we have few documents where both our names are shown like the utility bill. I am also under my spouse's health insurance from work and we are planning to buy a car where we plan to put our name on title and insurance. Thinking of getting a joint credit card but not sure. We have greeting cards from friends and family so we may add that too along with photos. We are just gonna keep it simple and stick to what has been asked in the notice. I hope all goes well. :)

Appointment for AOS interview February 14th!

What all should we bring to the interview? Is there a checklist somewhere or do they even ask for anything?

It should be on your appointment letter everything you need to bring like documents and pictures. I got our appointment letter today so it's on the appointment letter. Hope all goes well for you as we are just 4 days later on the 18th!

This is awesome!

USCIS told my wife that what she needs to bring is a case to case basis.

If you don’t mind me asking what did they ask y’all to bring to the interview?

Congratulations to everybody.

I understand evey case is different, but is strange to me the big difference in time processing. I'm also a may filler, I finished my process, card in hand, mid november last year. We had a rfe, but apart from that what else do you think can delay the process?

Mainly all documents you filed from your AOS forms bring originals and copies. Birth  Cert, passport, marriage license, and your state ID if your wife has already gotten one and if not so get it soon because she will need that. Make sure the lease and bank accounts are joint accounts as well as utility bills in both of your names. Tax returns and w2's and a letter from your employer on your employments status. Lot's of pictures of you and your wife, kids, family and friends. The more documents you bring the better it is as you may not need to present all of them but to be on the safe side bring as much as you can as evidence of a real marriage. Hope that helps!!
