Not too long ago, I was so desperate, that I requested an expedite through EMMA with no job offer in hand.  Today, I was so shocked because I was expecting an email from them asking for additional information but instead, I got an email saying a "New card is being produced".  I still can't believe my eyes. Is this a glitch? If this is true, I feel like my I-765 application was already on queue for them to adjudicate and my expedite request "poked" their dear hearts to finally gave it to me.

I hope so , can you please share with me how you expedited your case through Emma , i couldn't figure it out

I think it's best to chat with Emma on their normal office hours because that's what I did since I can't get a hold of an agent over the phone.  I just typed in "I'd like to speak to a representative" and then an agent replied with their name and concealed agent number and assisted me from there on.

Please keep us updated if you receive the card.  My wife might go this route if they don’t send they don’t send the EAD/AP combo card by November.

We just received the I-693 Medical Courtesy letter in the mail, yet our USCIS online case status for the I-485 is still pending the RFE Response review.  This is the start of the third week (so two weeks have passed) since they acknowledged receiving the RFE Response.

What has been everyone’s experience with interview scheduling or online case updates once you receive the courtesy letter?  Does this mean the RFE Review is complete?

Could this in any way delay the regular non-expedite approval process for the EAD? Any idea?

Hi! I wasn’t sure if this was a reply to my interview experience but in case it was...we got an approval letter at the interview itself (October 15th) and today (October 21st) I received both my I-797 approval notice and my conditional permanent resident card!

That's awesome that you got your card so quickly!

I had my interview 16th and my status updated today to 'card has been mailed to you!'

Thank you for getting back to me and once again, congrats!
