What country are you from? My country doesn't allow name changes on valid passports plus won't give you a new one if the passport is still valid, I decided to take my husband's name because I read that you can travel normally by just carrying a copy of your marriage certificate as proof of your name change. You can request to get it changed at the interview stage.

Hi all!

 

Our Adjustment of status interview was October 15th and we got approved on the day!
I’ve just had notification to say that my card has been mailed 🥳

Our NOA1 for the AOS packet was May 16th.

 

My EAD and AP is still at the stage of “case was received”, though I assume both applications (I-765 and I-131) will be void now that my conditional permanent residency has been approved and the card produced & mailed.

Thanks! I'll just bring a photocopy and original copy of my DS3025 just to be safe. Seems like you had your interview already. If so, how was it? :) What evidences of bona fide marriage did you bring and were asked?

6 days after I saw “Interview has been scheduled” in the case tracker.

We had our interview on Tuesday and he asked us for it. Luckily we had a copy of it.
