My Bird and I just sent it by mail today - USPS. Since we live in the Chicago Suburbs - they said it should be there by tomorrow.
Kind of fretting though.
Filled out I-485, I-864 (*This one is my worry*), I-765 and I-131. Its odd though because we didnt really put anything for the medical since it was done with the K1 and I-129F before the embassy interview so we only included the card that showed we got vaccines.
So i guess the wait begins.

Hello Guys, I'm preparing my AOS application and have some doubts, maybe you can help me out. Congratulations you have it done already!

hope someone can help me out.

The AOS Form I-485> page 3> Part 2> 2. Says:

"Are you applying for adjustment based on the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 245(i)?" Is it yes or no?. I selected yes, because under the cuestion says: "you must have selected a family-based (k1 is considered a family based visa), employment-based,etc as the basis for your application for adjustment of status. Fill out the rest of this application and the Supplement A to Form I485 Adjustment of Status Under Section 245(i) (Supplement A).

K1 holders also must fill out this supplement? I read the I485 instructions but got even more confused. Can you help me please?

Hello everyone, we're  in the process of filling out the AOS but I'm a bit confused. Questions #15 passport number used at last arrival, #16 travel document number used at last arrival and #19 nonimmigrant visa number from this passport? Is this information located on the actual K1 or on my husbands passport? Thanks in advance for any help.

#15 = your husband's passport number on the biographic page

#16 = N/A because he did not use a travel document to enter

#19 = the red number on bottom right of your husband's K1 visa page in passport (starts with a K)
