you guys! After the holiday, this is the day they are at. What happened to resubmitted docs from May 3- May 27? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think that's why they need to do some maintenance work on Thursday

Hey.. My husband got off the phone with NVC and they told him our case was just entered into the system today. Does that mean case numer will be received soon? Or does that simply mean the case was received. Should we still wait 6 weeks to get case number?

HI, from what I previously saw here, I think you should receive a case # soon, good luck. What date did they receive your case?

They didn't tell him that. But last week, we got an email reply saying case wasn't received yet.

remember some people have different days to get review and different weeks to get review.so try to remember our 2-3 weeks mark and if 3 weeks and a day pass call NVC.

 

remember to keep that in mind every one submitted or resubmitted  different days and weeks.

You don’t even have to wait for 3 weeks and a day to escalate it to a supervisor. I called exactly on my 3 week (didn’t have to wait an extra day after the 3 week) and was escalated right away and as mentioned I got CC 2 days later after that call.

NVC received my case on the 16th of April and still no case number... I called last monday but they just told me they received the case and I can only wait for their email...

I just hang up with NVC. Last week I was told that my 3 weeks mark will be today because I have to add and extra day cause of holiday. I just call and ask about if I already have updates of interview for my steps? And what’s new about hubby review? They said that they will start to schedule July interviews soon. And for hubby the nice guy told me that my case is one day overdue and as soon we finish the call he will mark my case and transfer to a supervisor.
