Seems they are not organized too. Last week (FRIDAY) two people here got CC who resubmitted April 16. Then earlier this week I saw people got updates who resubmitted April 18th. And the past two days I’ve been reading updates from people who submitted April 12/13? So they were on 16th and went back to 12th? I resubmtted 17th. No update. Except that I know they touched our application 24th because they changed two docs from submitted to accepted but I didn’t get any e-mail or note. They left the 2 resubmitted docs unreviewed tho. It’s weird. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hope we hear soon by close of day since dey still working

It takes 3 weeks from when it is submitted to get the review.  If they need more information it will be another 3 weeks.  I am on my second additional 3 week period as they requested a cleaner scan of a birth certificate.  That was accepted but now they want a copy of my marriage certificate for my step son's petition.  I expect a review on May 20.  It is a slow process and it seems each time it is 3 weeks for review.  If you submitted last Friday you will hear something the week of the 13th.

I know it takes about 3 weeks for them to start reviewing our documents, I just thought it was weird that the tracker still states that we have to submit the forms when they all have been submitted already. I thought that pop up would disappear as soon as we had uploaded all the required documents, that’s all 👍🏻

The same happened to us.  It did eventually get updated but it stayed as "submit required documents" until my wife got CC.  Now it say "At NVC" for both my wife and step daughter (step daughter did not get CC email) and we are still waiting on a final review for my step son.  Nothing changed until they accepted all documents.

Yea i have been following your timeline.. our case was approved on the 3/26 (potomac) but NVC didnt receive till 4/16. For some weird reason the case online said sent twice. Once on the 1st and then again on the 10th.  When i called they confirmed that the case was received on the 16th. so we should hopefully getting our case number any day now. Any one know

if they assign case numbers on the weekend?

hello guys, any cc today?

When did you resubmit yours? For our initial submission, took them 2wks and 1 day to review. This time, it’s almost 3 wks and no update. They need more people. 🤔

Totally agree with you...my initial submission was on 4/3, RFE on 4/18 (2wks and 1 days for me as well).

I resubmitted again the same night on 4/18, so today is actually another 2wks and 1 day period again...don't know whats going on now😫

Same as ours.

April 1- 1st submission

April 17- got rejected notice

April 17- resubmitted same day

April 24- (they changed 2 docs from submitted to accepted but no note or e-mail) resubmitted docs of April 17 still the same, submitted

I have no idea how they review cases now since I’ve seen people last week getting CC after submitting April 16. I was hoping I get update earlier this week but then I only see updates from people with April 12/13/15 submission and today I saw May 1 resubmit got CC. 👻

also, I got a reply from my public inquiry at NVC dated April 16, a few hours ago. Even with inquiries, they said in the website allow 7 days for them to reply but that was April 16 and they only replied now, May 3. 😁
