I resubmit 2 papers on May 7 and I don’t have any news yet. I reach the 3 weeks mark on Wednesday because Monday is holiday otherwise will be Tuesday!

Oh wow, i did call them multiple times and i was told that your 3 weeks will be on 27th of this month. You will get a response by that time.

That is normal, it happens right before case status goes to "In Transit". I got the same message, good luck!

That is 100% dependent on the embassy. Some people have to wait 9 months for an interview, like Mexico. I received CC in 7 days, but my case is now at the embassy and I can schedule my own appoint as close as 3 days away. You have to remember, some people have medical emergencies and other vital situations they are expediting for. It may not be worth it for you, but for others it is very worth it. Good luck.

So i read that a lot of people have been applying for an expedited case.

My wife and I are planning on doing the same, once we get our case number.

 

But i am wondering, how much faster is the process when the case has been approved for expedite?
