Congrats! What doc did you resubmit May 1?

It was the marriage certificate, lawyer originally submitted without the last page which had the county clerk seal, so we had to resubmit that again. i was just calling them today to see if they received the document and the lady said we are done, nothing more to submit, just wait for interview letter.

you know why? because when you called , they was looking at it and as they was speaking to you they realized it is just one or 2 papers and they check it to make sure you don't need nothing else and then they said your documents qualified after they click close case.

haha, i don't know, hope you get it soon now, they better not delay you anymore.

Oh beautiful May, a perfect month for CC and a scheduled interview date I say! 😊

Very scary that, even though all the required documentation was uploaded in CEAC, the visa status tracker is not updated and still tells me that action is required. We only submitted it last Friday so I will give it a few days more..

It takes 3 weeks from when it is submitted to get the review.  If they need more information it will be another 3 weeks.  I am on my second additional 3 week period as they requested a cleaner scan of a birth certificate.  That was accepted but now they want a copy of my marriage certificate for my step son's petition.  I expect a review on May 20.  It is a slow process and it seems each time it is 3 weeks for review.  If you submitted last Friday you will hear something the week of the 13th.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Hmm! Story time! We mistakenly added  joint sponsor instead of house hold memeber, so we contacted them to deleted joint sponsor for us! They put us on AP, for 6 weeks to delete joint sponsor and some reasons they said they will need to delete house hold memeber too. Another 6 weeks to do that only after my Senator was involved. And everything started back at March, so when I uploaded I864a they said I didn’t sign somewhere and rejected it, they rejected most documents they accepted in December already and I resubmitted on April 22nd! Got CC today May 3
