😟 how do USCIS send case to NVC? Hardcopy or softcopy (via email)

Ensure your documents for upload is below 2MB, clear, right side up and straight and it is the entire document no pieces missing, not blurred and double check stuff before you upload.

I don’t know, when I call NVC to find out if they received my case I didnt ask that question . What’s the difference ?

Ohh thanks a lot for this. About tax transcript and W2 , what if we send only 2018 tax transcript and W2 are we good?

Hardcopy will be the actual document we would have mailed to USCIS, softcopy would be possibly an email of the scanned documents from the case.

be sure not to mix W2''s with transcripts send them separate and you can compress using ILOVEPDF. I suggest you merge all the W2's using ILOVEPDF

and merge all transcripts together using ILOVEPDF. SEPARATE each type IMPORTANT!

I called day before yesterday to uscis the representative told me there is no update. And every time i tell them to connect supervisor they always reject my request and wait for 90 days

Does the DS260 still ask for the beneficiary ID?

No it’s no longer provided 

ryt now they jux provide case n invoice numbers
