@bishnup @VIREN @Ammy @Lily29 @Ginwill so huzzy called USCIS CSC this morning and spoke to a superior, whom told him that, my case is in line to be sent to NVC, however he (the superior) will send a request to speed up the process which we shall be notified via a confirmation email. Still awaiting that email.... just some info for you guys

My opinion: I think when NVC say they are reviewing documents submitted on a certain date, its really documents submitted for that entire week of the date which they mentioned.

Not all the time. Someone who submitted May 3rd got CC earlier this week. And today, another person who submitted first time April 26th got CC as well.

They does make me sick they on vacation and you must wait on them to come back from vacation to start NVC process, while you can pay the fees and maybe by the time they return your fees will be paid. Who knows.

I agree with you. We can’t compare each other’s timelines now. For ours, it took 9wks from approval to Case number e-mail. But this was during the shutdown. Idk now what are the possible reasons of case creation delays. Maybe they are flooded with applicants. 🙏🏽

Does NVC still issue Beneficiary ID Numbers? When I went through the process in 2011, the welcome letter included case number, beneficiary ID, and Invoice ID.

 

Does the DS260 still ask for the beneficiary ID?
