I saw someone posted on vj that her petition was approved on march 15 and she got the case no already. From same service center CSC that our is. But me and ammy approved on march 19 and it is still with csc. I called every week to uscis and nvc . Uscis says wait 90 days and nvc not received yet . So tired of calling and getting the same answer wait upto 90 days .

USCIS actually approved my childs case (IR-2) in 2 weeks after request for expedition. Thank God! I was so worried, feel relief:dance:

As an update to this - despite the consulate emailing her that they no longer accept the 1040s, they didn't make any mention of it when she had her interview. They accepted them, no problem.

I had all my documents accepted and was wondering the same thing you were. I ended up calling NVC because we never received a Documentarily Qualified email. They said sometimes it doesnt get sent. So they confirmed they are scheduling an interview for us. That was around 3 weeks ago now, so still waiting on our interview date.
