Nvc recieved our case April 22, we're still waiting for a case number... patience is a virtue.

My husband made the NVC payments on May 1st , they say the $ 325 payment is not reflected on the page, but in ours it is reflected in process and they already took the money from my husband account on May 2.
 I called again on May 9 and they told me that they were going to pass the case to a supervisor. So today I decided to call with my husband to see what they had done and they told me to make another complaint and in 6 weeks they would answer.

There is a glitch in the system and I am totally lost as to why would we have to wait so many days to just process fees..I filled the online inquiry where I screenshot the payment info and submitted to NVC...nothing so far...

Congrats. Did you get a mail when all your documents was accepted before you got the documentarily qualified mail?
