U shldnt mix up the files

u can merge for example

-mayb 2016-2018 w2 ( 1 pdf file )

- 2016 & 2017 transcripts (1 merged file)

but dnt merge W2s n transcripts... hope I get me OR u can upload them 1 by 1

example instead of merging all W2s u can upload each year separately

Congratulations, my honest opinion is that when you hire a lawyer for this it's just for them to make money off the client! I bet if you did everything yourself you would have already been interviewed. I discouraged my huzzy from hiring a lawyer, I think we can do it ourselves. Good luck on the rest of your process

Youre right, thats why we fired him. He has 35 years of experience but he ruined my case.

Hey guys. I am filling out the ds 260, and it asked for my spouse's physical and mailing address. for his physical address I just put not applicable in the street name since most houses and streets in Cameroon aren't assigned, so I just put the name of the city, province and country, as I did on the i130 form for USCIS. For his mailing address, is it okay to do the same thing aka not provide a street address since he doesn't have one? Would the NVC or embassy be needing this mailing address to send him mails before his interview?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, my case was expedited during USCIS sorry I forgot to mention... so I sent NVC and email once they received it on 04/29..with my USCIS receipt number and request an expedite to be sent to consular/embassy or if an application is required first, if I could get a case number.. they responded two days later that my request was under review and then today I had the welcome letter email with my case number.

Could you please PM a sample letter. I am also in Bogota but they refused to send my expedite request to embassy.

Hi Guys..

had a quick question.. i submitted a DS 160 (non immigrant form) last year in Jun 2018..however never paid fees or booked an interview for the same. Currently at NVC stage.. resubmitted one doc Apr 25th.. nonetheless, i was wondering can this be a cause of issue during my visa interview? should i take a print out the submitted form and tell CO i never went ahead with the same? to give you all more background.. my parents who already had the visitor visa booked their tickets to visit my husband's place.. we were hoping if i could get a visa before my parents were flying.. would have been lovely to visit my husband, however after submitting the form we saw that there no dates available until late August.. hence never went ahead with it... hoping it wont be a cause of issue.. your thoughts please? TIA :)

I am asking because I was wondering how he will receive his appointment package from the embassy

they mostly communicate through email. they will probably give him his packet at interview. and since the consulate is the person responsible im sure they are aware of the address and street name in that country. Try and keep everythign as same as possible in nvc stage as it was in uscis stage

They wont ask you about it. They will only be focused on visa application in front of them. most forums on here list out that the interview is a max of 15 minutes in Mumbai.
