Every week they change the date. Before, they are working one week ahead of what is posted. This week is different.

Quick Question 

 

NVC steps-- We have already received our case number and paid our fees.
DS260- After the fee is processed we are able to fill this out online
DS261- Communication form. When do we fill this out? We already, filled out fees but dont see the option to fill this form out?
AOS- After the fee is processed we are able to fill this out online

 

am I missing anything?

Child same ####### with my lawyer that is why after I see three mess up my case and also start to do sh*t at the NVC I took over I send the stuffs myself. I was not having it not with my lawyer and in fact when I move back to the state I will be suing them.

The ds261 is no longer needed dts why it’s greyed out ... Dey already have ur emails so the communicate with u through them

Sure y not 

- make sure u have all the required financial n civil documents

-make sure all ur scans r very clear n readable(not blur) 

- make sure all pages of a particular form is all scanned even if u didn’t write anything there.. eg the AoS form

- make sure all files r 2M or below n in either pdf, jpeg, or jpg 

-make sure u upload the file upryt that can easily be read without tilting the head

-make sure every writing on a document isn’t cut off in the scan 

NB: u can use the scans that scan in PDFs n can merge multiple pages of same document for u

u can also download “I ❤️ PDFs to merge pages
