Yes. Now they are asking the W2 of our joint sponsor’s husband. Since they file jointly, his name appears in her tax return. Well we asked the lawyer months before about it. She said no need. So now they are asking it after 5wks. So another 3 weeks waiting. Hopefully this time we will get that CC. 🙏🏽

Maybe do a screenshot of the page where it shows IN PROCESS on your side and send it to them when you fill out the inquiry at AskNVC and explain the situation, there is an option to attach a file there or you can include the screenshot when you email them. 

 

Don’t know what I would do in your case but hope this helps.

Only 1 rep said paid on there side ..rest all said in process,so i guess it is showing in process on there side too...I filled the inquiry and even emailed it to NVC...nothing yet...wasted a week in dust for no reason...could have submitted everything by now...☹️ I thought NVC will be easy but I am dead wrong..

Have you tried checking with your bank? Just in case they think its fraud. even though its deducted from your account they could still hold off fully paying them by a 14 day grace period. I would call your bank first and confirm that full payment has been given.

I had three cases which I got case # assigned with in few days ...my son’s case got paid and I already filled IV applications and submitted AOS ..where other two case r in process...I only paid 1 AOS fee for all three case..so it’s wired why these two r not processed...

Nvc I will is more frustrating than uscis cus if u dnt take care u will jux get stuck der for weeks

Agree! Lol! I thought NVC will be faster! You lucky you! 💐 Or shld I say you smart you? Smarter than our lawyer lol! You got CC fast! If we can only go back to zero. Delete everything again and just submit it again now without an attorney. Maybe we get CC faster! 😂

I resubmit for my other 2 cases on April 26 and my cases are not reviewed yet. Hubby case was reviewed may 7 but the other 2 isn’t,

Anyone in here with last Aptil submitted or resubmitted date and is still wait for CC?  If so what is your date? 

 

I am asking because I want to know which date they working on.
