A hour later after resubmitted my husband 1040, they said please submit every form W2 on my mom in law submitted tax transcript or tax return.

 

 

They didn’t touch my husband 1040.

Called NVC again and a rude lady said it shows paid on her side and that I need to change browsers...tried that also...same thing again...what a mess NVC is

Save both as pdf. Open the documents using Adobe. Click combine files. Then click combine open files. Select the two you want. Then click combine. Then save as to a file folder or your desktop. I’m on the bus going home. But tomorrow I can send you screen shots so you have a better understanding. It’s very simple once you know what you are doing

Hi all,

I submitted nvc documents on 23 april, and received rfe yesterday.

They need 2-3 civil docs to be resend with right side up, and one woth more clear scan. That is not big issue though.

Rest all says accepted. BUT joint sponsor' i864 and passport copy is still 'submitted' and not 'accepted'! What could be the reason for that? Main petitioner's i864 and all are accepted though.

another question if i have a household member sponsor, they only submit the i864a and i submit the i864 along with transcripts correct? the household sponsor doesn't also do a regular i864?

Ahhh...NVC vent...fees paid 8 days still shows in process...any 1 in same situation
