Hello. Have anyone faced a problem with "Secure Connection Failed" when trying to resubmit a document?

I had to replace my joint sponsor i-864 but I can't upload it. Whenever I try to upload the document, it has this connection failed problem, in every single browser. I tried on different computers and different networks, still the same.

I find it weird that they asked me to resubmit the document but its status is still set to "submitted" and not other status like "incomplete" or whatever, so I can't really delete it or anything. In the case, I tried to submit a new additional document and then I got the error. Does anyone have an idea on what I should do?

Thank you.

I was having the same issue this week, but with Mozilla firefox I have been able to upload all my documents today. You can keep trying with firefox

All except for 1 of our documents were accepted today, apparently my passport photo was not the 'right' side up... 🙁

So far I have been very happy about the fact that we hired a lawyer to  help us with this process but now it is VERY frustrating to have to wait the whole weekend for her to resubmit my passport photo page and end up at the bottom of the pile again.. I just want to do it myself right now! But at least it was a minor thing and we did not receive a checklist! Yay!

By the way: the documents were submitted April 26th so I was not expecting to hear anything yet

When did you resubmit? I don’t think they even see our file anymore. Some  got updates today that submitted weeks later than ours. No update for me. ☹️

I’m thinking first submissions are shorter time than resubmission. One week past since I resubmitted. Hoping for CC next week. 🤞🏻

We resubmitted April 17. None yet for me. Maybe that’s how it is. Resubmit takes longer but I saw a May 1 and got CC today so idk how they really do it.

Don't give up yet!  You still have 2 hours.  You are in the same time zone as NVC.  Don't give up!

I kinda wish they were as efficient as uscis. First come first serve. If it’s been past 3 weeks you should call them.

3 weeks will be May 8 I think. Idk. All they tell us is to call back May 9 if we don’t hear any update. It’s just frustrating they make us wait 3 weeks for a single document to be reviewed. ☹️
