My pd is 15th February 2018. They work with case close date not pd I think so

Well neither CC or PD at least for Montreal. I’ve seen different timelines. Some who just got CC Feb got interview dates for April and june. There is one CC January and still no interview date. They are all CR1 and the January CC has earlier PD than those who got interview dates first. She got CC first as well but no interview date. 

They work on whoever they feel like maybe 😁
