Just received a reply from the nvc expedite request:

Cc 3/25/19

Dear Sir/Madam:

Thank you for your patience. We sent your request to the U.S. Embassy . However, they cannot expedite this case. To be fair to all applicants, the Department of State schedules immigrant visa interviews in the order that the cases complete processing at the NVC.

NVC received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The application is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the applicant's visa application.

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments as the cases become documentarily qualified. NVC schedules appointments one month in advance, but we cannot predict when an interview appointment will be available.

Thank you.

oh my.... hopefully you get a date soon... we all get a date soon... tired of waiting

Yes I hope so🙏🏾 And yes I was waiting for interview. I jus happened to go to Ceac and saw it. They never sent an email or anything saying they needed something more. What if I would have never checked, just was waiting on interview letter. Smh... They added that today I’m assuming. Cause before every thing was accepted. Now a new item that says missing...these ppl are really trying to make us crazy

I wouldn't worry about it too much about it.  CEAC did maintenance on the website over the weekend.  My sister already has her interview date, however, the civil documents for one of her daughters changed to 'Incomplete' after the maintenance.  When the case was loaded to CEAC, she was not 16 yet, so the police certificate wasn't initially required. Afterwards, she turned 16 and they asked for it. We submitted the police certificate under 'optional documents' because the field was not showing in 'required documents'...now when I log in to CEAC, under 'required documents' there's the field for the Police Certificate and it shows missing.

Since you got 'documentarily qualified', NVC is/should be done processing the case on their end and they're just waiting to schedule your interview.  Then again, I would still call them just to make sure.  With them, you never know.

Interview was today and we were approved!!!

I was at the interview with my husband I think the interviewer asked me more questions than my husband lol...  He asked how we met and the first time I went to visit my husband, If I had kids with my husband,  if I had kids, what’s the age of my youngest daughter, also asked my husband the age of my youngest daughter, his daughter’s age, and if he’s been to the United States before? The interview was no more than 10 minutes..

Happy is done!!!

That's awesome! Congrats to you guys!! Glad it was a stress-free interview for your and your husband.
