I just came off the phone with nvc. they think we have more w2 this is why they be asking for every form. i told he everything is submitted and check and check, both of my in laws 2016 and 2017 WS loaded up, she review it, she was trying to get someone else to review it also but could get anyone on the phone, so she said to upload them again and make a note letting them know we sent every w2 forms for 2016 and 2017.

 

Wish me luck. because one person will say this and when you call again another person say something else.
