A hour later after resubmitted my husband 1040, they said please submit every form W2 on my mom in law submitted tax transcript or tax return. 

 

 

They didn’t touch my husband 1040.

Only because I upload something. I notice what they is do some times. I already passed my 3 weeks but the min up upload something they will few it a few days right when it’s 3 weeks then answer or if you pass 3 weeks they answer .

 

 

Or they only answer fast becuase that is not CC. If it was CC they will make me wait 3 weeks

Have not idea. My mother in lawyer already ask me last night what they need. The mother want to meet her one and only grandchild and NVC want play game lol.

What is your visa catagory ? And your case complete month feburary or april  2019

It usually changes from 'ready' to 'administrative processing' to 'issued'. In a few instances it can change from 'ready' to 'issued'.

But regardless of what the status says there's always some administrative processing after interview at the background because they won't stick Visa into passport on the same day; it has to go through some processing.
