Exactly! I really want to remove them. They are fully paid anyway so they dont care. I only found VJ 5 days after our initial submission.

I wish you found Visajourney before you hired that lawyer. I am sure you have a pretty straightforward case and could have done it yourself. I'm not blaming all but a lot of immigration lawyers don't have enough knowledge, make silly mistakes and mess up which causes in delays. When you ask for an explanation, they react like you asked for a kidney or take forever to get back to you. 😜 Once they get the money, they don't care. Anyways, what's done is done. Hopefully your NVC phase ends quickly. Once you have the interview date, there's nothing much they can do. Good Luck!

It is true. Thank you. I think there is also inconsistency with the W2 of Js spouse? Some people needed it, some dont. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am sorry I didn't get that. What's Js spouse? Do you mean Joint Sponsor?

Yes. The joint sponsor husband’s W2. It is what they were asking us. For IKD she said they didnt need for them and now they are CC

Hello all,

We heard the magic words today in USEM Lagos, APPROVED!!!

Thanks everyone....the CO did not check 1 single documents (maybe due to my wife's previous US visits and USEM records). She only asked for our pictures on her recent visits.  No tax 2017 or 2018...nothing.

But she said something I need clarifications please, that my Nigerian born stepchildren at the POE are US citizens automatically and should join the queue for US citizens and we should not apply for their Green cards!!!

Congratulations ❣️❣️❣️❣️

Hmm..I don't have a joint sponsor. I don't know anything about it. I suppose it differs from case to case. Good Luck anyways! Hope to hear positive news soon!
