you will join us soon..... hang in there..... are you going to call

nvc today

I did called yesterday. the only thing they need is my husband 2017 taxes, and if we upload it before NVC review it then they can review both at the same time. that what the lady told me. faxing I find out that he can have it fax to my lawyer but for them to call he have to be off, because he  started a job and work mornings and by the time he get off the IRS close.

I was wondering if the lawyer can get it for him by calling and have it fax but I know they can't.

The lady I spoke with she is nice.

am sure it will... just relax and it will go smoothly....

I am trying to relax as much as I can. But still it troubles me cause India is a high fraud country. Hoping that everything goes smoothly for all of us here. I have become a yoga pro since we started our immigration journey. 😁

that is the same thing but it was not reject , they said they need it before they changed touch our case April 24. but my mind tell me called yesterday to be sure and the lady said they need 2 things but I have already uploaded one up from April 18 and if I can up load the 2017 tax then before they review it then they will review both one time instead waiting another 3 weeks. if I don't then I will have to wait another 3 weeks.

what should I do? Should i replace the rejected one (2017 transcript) with the same document again?

Everytime i ask them they say nothing’s rejected

Don't delete it just replace, that's how I did mine and it was reviewed on time.

Guys please help me out... I'm under f2a my mom is the filing in for... I'm still waiting for IL... Someone just told me now that they'll need a DNA test the tome for my il is this true?? Any one has an experience?? Just worried cus the DNA test is very expensive and again that's still a very long time to wait for the test... Is the DNA test done in all cases?? Whether in doubt or not?
