Any RFE delays the process ad right now all processing on your file has stopped until you respond back.

It shouldn't be too bad if they just need a photo. I had a similarly minor RFE and I got approved 2 weeks after sending the documents in.

Will this delay processing of your petition?  Most likely.

 

How long will be the delay? Depends on several factors, including, but not limited to: Your promptness with the correct response. The type and complexity of  file the adjudicator started working on after stopping work on your file awaiting for your response. I have heard of estimates of two weeks to a month delay due to an RFE being issued.

He oído hablar de estimaciones de dos semanas a un mes de retraso debido a la emisión de una RFE .
