Hi

Our Approval Notice is valid from: December 18, 2018 - April 17, 2019. The National Visa Centre sent our approved petition to our Consulate in Ghana since January 22, 2019.  Our petition expired April 17, 2019, But until now we have not been contacted by the Embassy regarding scheduling my interview. We have been calling and emailing ( support-ghana@ustraveldocs.com) since February 2019, The only response is to keep waiting until we receive an email notification coming from the Embassy to schedule my interview.

Does anyone have an idea on what to do at this point?

you need to contact the embassy directly

you can ask them to review the petition from my understanding but must make direct contact with the embassy to get pack #3.

at least that is how it is for Egypt.

I have been to the consulate location at the US Embassy Ghana several times but they keep sending me back to wait for the Embassy to contact me. They showed me where to copy the email address and phone numbers to contact the Embassy for any inquiries. But the calls and emails goes to a service desk which is then relayed to the Embassy. I don't know how I can contact the Embassy direct.

Okay I will send an email now. Thank you . And yes I have an account but they say only applicants instructed by the Embassy can schedule an appointment.

USCIS Accra said they do not handle immigrant visa. I should direct inquiries to support-ghana@ustraveldocs.com. This is the same email they gave to me at the Embassy . I have sent numerous emails to them already

Please did you update your DS-260 again after you have been told by the NVC that your case been sent back to Ghana ?

If not you have to do it , it will automatically send your file from the NVC direct to the US Embassy and will also within one to two days you will be send the third package to enable you schedule your interview.
