We got our interview appointment letter from the embassy.  The letter listed my fiancé name and his two kids on the appointment letter.  Is this mean my fiancé kids will need to show up for this interview?  Even though, I did not indicated on our I-129F that my fiancé will be bringing his two kids with him.

Not if they are not coming with him. Same thing happened to me as my wife had a son but he didn't want to come. They add them because you have up to a year after approval to have the kids follow their parent without having to completely refile everything.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. Is it really?  Even though, I'm only filing a K1.

I'm pretty sure. On my K1 her son was assigned his own case number and everything when the petition got to the embassy, but her son did not attend the interview. We came thru the US embassy in Thailand, and I was concerned also when the ceac tracker showed 2 different case numbers after it reached the embassy, but since her son wasn't coming on a K2 he didn't need to get the medical exam, or file the DS160. I'm 99 percent sure if you didn't file a DS160 or get medicals for any of the children, they don't have to attend the interview.
