hi......

if the beneficiary who SIGN the ds230. the Q14 answer name of spouse ? my spouse is my petitioner. but the petitioner is already in the U.S .. my confused is this .....grerr answer 21a{"Person(s) named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the United States now?

21.bPerson(s) named in 14 and 19 who will follow you to the United States at a later date?

The answer to both is "none" in your case but it doesn't have to be in all cases. The same application is used for many situations including the parents of a USC. They would each fill out the application, so the spouse and any children coming would be the answers in that circumstance.

Point of clarification. You were the "beneficiary" during the USCIS portion of the process. Now you are the visa "applicant".
