K1 2nd Petition Approve2019!!

Hello everyone, hope you had a great day!,

 

i just wanna share my long Story regarding on this process, so take time to read it ,im sure its a helpful for someone who has the same case as mine, and also im sure some people here are familiar about me..so here is my story begin.lol I am from Philippines from Mindanao, on my previous Petition, way back 2017 its my Firts Petiton of k1 visa, on my first petitioner i got approve september 2017 and got my Visa on Hand, sad to say our Relationship is not working out and end up to break up,so very Hurt after all the pressure and effort , money and time we spend after all happen are all goes end and useless to nothing,i really expect that everything was going to be fine but suddenly He change his feelings about me for some reason.but I realized that life must go on and life is too short to stay being hurt so i move on and Praying to the Lord everyday crying  and talking with him emotionaly,, so after 3 months of break up i went back to the Dating Site on FilipinoCupid.com december 2018 trying to find my luck and happenes again ,so when i meet my fiance online and for after 2 months of talking online we meet in person ,He decide to meet me in Person on March 2018 and were getting more closer and inlove each other,and knowing more each day for just 2 weeks  then after we meet for 2 weeks in the Philippines  he fly back to USA  till we decide to apply a k1 Visa and after 4 months  of visiting on July 2018 ..we  apply a k1 visa ,I am worried at that time because of my previous petition was very fresh from being break up.. i cry and pray to the Lord for the right time that i hope my fiance will understand me about not to be rush,and so my fiance is worried as well and still he is positive and he  insist that everything will be okay,,so He hired a lawyer to work on our case,, i was so surprice that my X fiance was sending me a letter from uscis  it is a letter of Termination Noticed regarding on our petition was totally closed and Terminated, He withdraw our petition february 2018 and we recieved the Termination Noticed on June 1 2018, am so happy and my fiance as well,truly God is working in our case very well.. but still i feel so nervous about our new petition. so My fiance are very consistent to apply a Petition and so we finaly apply on july 2018 and got approve for 5 months,,Glory to God and i thank God always for He is good and he is with us, on my Interview experience on March 21 2018 i was 221g ,Refused and its under Review and i know for sure that the reason of being refused is because of my previous petition, the consulate asked me during on my interview if this is my first petition, so i said No.and so for the following questions she asked me about it when was that? who is the petitioner? and what is the reason why on my first petition is not working out?so i answer the questions but the consulate was doubting about it.so  she asked me to sit back and wait to call my name and so ive waited for more than 5 hours 😕 but still no one call my name,so the gurl who assist me to the embassy asked me whats going on with me and my concern so i told her everything  and couple hours again being waiting inside ,i really pray and had  teary eyed i feel so sad and don't know what to do,,but thank God the gurl who assist me asked me to go to the window to the filipino consul and told him everything about it,,so the filipino consul told me to go back home and told me that they will call me and email me for my 2nd interview because the consul who incharge to interview me was on her another appointment and so He said they need to fix my case first..and review it so after that i flew back in mindanao on March 22/2018 and on March 25/2018 my fiance wrote a letter to the embassy about my case and send the Termination Letter as well to proof that my previous petition was totaly closed, so  the letter that he wrote i also print it  also here and send it to the embassy via 2go express i include the 221g letter,my new passport and my old passport together with my visa and ofcourse the Termination Letter. take note,,the embassy didn't asked me to send those stuff to them but with the help of my friends they asked me to do it so i did without any doubts so after sending those papers few days after on April 1/2019 my case status was change from Immigrant AP to Aplication Recieve and on april 1/ 2019 at 3pm my case status continually change into case NonImmigrant AP and Finally April 8/2019 my status was Issued,,God is so amazing and he is so powerful God  is really helping us in our case, i cant believe that its all happen very quick even my experience in the embassy was so hard but i consider it to be nothing,there is a hope if you truly trust the Lord..now i am waiting for flight  to USA on June 2019 together with my Fiance.. to God be all the Glory..

 

to those people who are doubting againts me and thinking that i am a visa shoper or thinking that i will get denied because of my previous case, please guys stop and dont be judge because you have no rights to say something bad againts us, as you can see now nothing is impossible as long as you are looking for a serious and genuine relationship... may Godbless you all,,,

Very sad to hear that it did not work out the first time and happy for you that you were more lucky the second time but I could not help but notice that the dating website you used is a very ‘specialized’ website.. 😉

I hope life will turn out for you as you had hoped!
