I am going to file the 1-130 as soon as I gather all of the documents and finish the bonafides.

Background:

I live in Vietnam with my wife.  We just married this past weekend.  I still work for the same US company that I have worked for the last 24 years.  I draw my salary there and it's deposited into my US bank account.

I plan to live in Vietnam with her until the visa is approved.  My company has given me the flexibility to come back to work in the US whenever the visa is approved.

I still own a house in the US as my permanent address.  It is the house we will move to after completion of the CR-1 visa.

I go back to the US for two weeks every two months for work so I can access mail sent to my US home address when I visit.

For establishing bonafide relationship of marriage we are adding my name to the house lease here in Vietnam and we will establish a joint bank account here.

So what address should I use for my present address on the I-130?  The Vietnam address were I live 75% of the time and the one I am on the joint lease or my permanent US address?

Under mailing address question 11 is whether the mailing address is the same as physical address.  If I use my permanent US address for mailing would my Vietnam address be the physical address?

Under the five years of residence history would I list both the address here from xxx-to present as well as list my US permanent address as the date I bought it to present as well?

I would use the Vietnamese address as your present/physical address, and your US house address as your mailing address.  As to the five year history, if you lived in both places during the past five years, you should put both.

Good Luck!
