Well, there is only one thing to do is to add her to the case (are your other children on the case already, how old are they?), take all the required documentation to the visa interview, and see.  If the adoption is legal and all procedures have been followed it will be fine, if there is a problem with it as you say you will have to stay with her.

My older son is 19 and younger is 16

The OP has not specified what they did, sounds like they did something, but as I have mentioned Adoption in the form normally understood here would not be what happened.

My priority date is showing current but they are still giving visa too 2005 applications. I have 2 boys and  1 adopted girl.. I didn’t inform  them about my adopted girl what should I do? Are they going to give her immigrant visa too??cuz I have heard that they are not giving visa to adopt kids? I am super worried she is only 4 years old and can’t live without me..my sister applied F4 visa on and my priority date is 2 October 2006,I’m from Pakistan

Have you taken guardianship of her through court, if not you have to prove in court of law and court will issue decree. But in Pakistan there's no law of adoption in Muslim. Christian can adopt but again you need a legal paper decree issue from court.

Could you explain exactly what legal process you went through with the child.

Don't panic. She will get visa along with you as long as you have official adapted court papers. Also make sure you add her name in your case by sending her birth certificate, court papers and her passport ( if available) via e-mail to NVC.

US Immigration law allows adapted child as long as you adapt the kid before 16 birthday and kid is living with you at least 2 years.

So as per US immigration law, she is consider as your adapted child and will qualify just like your biological kid.

Thank you so much dear..
