Are they going to give her immigrant visa too??cuz I have heard that they are not giving visa to adopt kids? I am super worried she is only 4 years old and can’t live without me..my sister applied F4 visa on and my priority date is 2 October 2006,I’m from Pakistan

I know this has come up before, I did not think it was possible to adopt in Pakistan?

Yes

Well then, why don’t you think the child will get a visa? Is there something about the process in Pakistan that the US doesn’t recognize?

Short version is that there is not a formal Adoption procedure in Islamic law.

Seems Canada decided there was a problem, which is under dispute and they are reviewing. Certainly seems adoption in Pakistan and from Pakistan by USCs is legal according to a good number of websites, including Pakistani lawyers who specialize in it. But maybe a topic for the Pakistan forum where the locals will know the ins and outs better.

Is this a Rupee document?

Yes,it is fully documented...

It certainly comes into question why you did not inform immigration of the adoption. This is the question you may be facing when you case is being reviewed.

I have decided I will tell them when they will send me the packet ... there is a paper where you need to tell them changes in ur life.. off course it is being 13 years so there are lots of changes in my life... so I called USIC they told me either u can send us ur papers or u can do it in Pakistan...

Well, there is only one thing to do is to add her to the case (are your other children on the case already, how old are they?), take all the required documentation to the visa interview, and see.  If the adoption is legal and all procedures have been followed it will be fine, if there is a problem with it as you say you will have to stay with her.
